Changing Seats

Featured Replies

Anyone done this? Was talking to someone about it last week and came up that the Recaro Sportster CS seats are nice. They come as options in Clio's, fast Ford's and a few other things. Just curious as to what I'd need and how easy they would be to fit. It's a vRS with no seat airbags so that makes it easier but I'd want runners to work too.

Is just a thought at this stage as they are mega money but would be nice to have should they appear cheap somewhere.

Thought someone had done it. It really is only a thought for now as I have quite a few other plans for it and these are quite a bit. Really should do a project thread

With airbags you can get ones with airbags so presume all it needs is the right connections.

Recaro do airbag resistor plugs that eliminate the airing warning light.

Yes resisters will cure an air bag fault, also, anything from a mk5 golf platform will fit in the octy too, so a3/s3 golf mk5 gti/r32 golf mk6 too golf gttdi Leon cupra/k1 ..... Lots of nice seats to choose from, I have 2015 octy vrs seats in my mk2

Audi A6 4F etc;)
