yeah very right. i am thinking because they havent clocked my turbo back on the manifold facing the right direction this is maybe causing the issues because i have had to add an extension of pipework to the boost pipes which makes it differant than the standard setup?

 

also the extension of pipework that was fitted was the same thickness and heavy duty so it fitted over the lugs of original boost pipe and had to be heated up to make this snug fit an heavy duty jubillee clips were added on to metal endings.the pipe had been heated up and forced on the metal end of boost pipes were the lugs were so the jubilee clips had something to tighten down to with the added fact the pipe was heated for ages and still had to be forced on.

 

and like what mattybvrs said the car has been mapped and had egr blank plates fitted.

 

and when turbo went and was replaced i connected the egr back up could this cause issues because its a diff setup from when it was remapped

 

I think the actuator rod length and stop nut needs checking. Its known that these are altered when its been reconditioned, and as the company might have tried to get it back, all it takes is for the actuator to be a few turns out to make the car run bad.
