Had a good shake down at Blyton park last week. No track photos as there was no photographer :-(

All went well, uses alot of water/meth so may go down to 75/25 rather than 50/50. Ready for Snetterton in November.

Next project is try and get my new clocks fitted.

Trial fitted the clocks, car starts and runs fine. So coding works. Split down the GTi clocks, put some black silicone over the LEDs that arent needed like airbags etc whilst its apart. Mainly so in the future i can strip the wiring back and not worry about spurious lights coming on.

Dropped my fabia clocks, so now need a new housing as its cracked the screen :@

lol... yeah, helpfull to see how fast its going :) I stopped using the RSRs because they kept going oval on me.... the NS2Rs are just as good in the dry, need some heat in them though if you have gone for the "street" meduim compound.... not as good as the RSR in the wet I think.... (mine now have 3mill on and have stopped working in the wet! lol going to put some pilot supersports on the front now, to match what i have on the back, and hopefully try to stop killingmyself everytime I touch the throttle in the wet!)

Give us a little review after you try them on track on monday :)

Think the bonnet vents would look pretty good :)

Yeah i just keep forgetting to fit them. Wont take 2 mins as bonnet is fibre so cutting out will tke 20 seconds.

Slippery in the wet, but i dodnt expect otherwise. In the dry they seemed on par with RSRs, maybe lasting a little longer. But i wasnt braking as hard as i could have, so hard to tell really.
