Will be a very interesting race. I can see Lewis getting in a strong points position and as you say anything can happen, especially at Spa. I also wonder how Nico and Max will play out...They do have a bit of recent history.

I just like the fact that after all their bleating last year about the rubbish Renault engine, they now have to eat a nice slice of humble pie. Even if the engine isn't quite the best on the grid, it

I believe no-one has ever won from the back row - although Wattie won from 17th on the grid in Detroit and from 22nd in Long Beach.

Barrichello won in Hockenheim from 18th.

Hamilton has a few things that could help. Last minute tyre choice, safety car, avoiding Nico forgetting to turn right at the top of Les Coombes as max is alongside. A podium finish is unrealistic unless some of the front runners hit problems or take each other out. a points finish achievable and if Nico doesn't win and collect 25 points Hamilton will look at that as  good as a win.

SKY are showing the F1 on new channel SkySportsMix HD on 407

That channel is currently (11:10) unscrambled!!

Mind you C4 are showing it live too

Can't you still watch F1 if you have HD and all entertainment or movie package as minimum?

I thought next year F1 would only be on Sky for sports subscribers?

I think it's from 2019.

Those who had SKY HD before F1 went on to SKY got F1HD free

Unfortunately I left Sky since and later returned so I don't have F1 anymore.

Still I'm rarely in Britain so I watch crappy streams with buffering all over the world instead.

Verstappen is so bad. took the whole ferrari team out after his bad start

Holy cow my heart stopped when Magnussen hit the barrier. Thank god he's ok.

Verstappen is so bad. took the whole ferrari team out after his bad start

That wasn't all Max's fault, yes he was optimistic but was a racing incident, Vettel more to blame for not giving Kimi enough space.

Now he's being a whiny bitch on live tv trying to get Christian Horner on side

Although max dived up the inside and caused his own damage, it looked more like Vettel turning in on Kimi that caused most of the problems.

Hamilton up to 5th after 9 laps will put the pressure on Rosberg.

Agree, so pleased to see K-Mag climb out

Just seen a replay both Ferraris were ahead and probably couldnt see him. Max could have backed out but he was probably too annoyed by his crap start

It's actually the impact from Vettel that pushes Kimi's nose over that gets the puncture off Max's wing. Kimi was giving just enough space until he got contact. Don't think Max is to blame at all.

Loved seeing Ferrari get the gaffa tape out before the restart.

Max should have backed out of it. Three into that corner was never going to work and it looked to me that Max was completely off the track.

they should black flag max for the double move when Kimi was trying to pass. bloody dangerous.

He was far enough alongside to justify being there. Backing out would probably cause more problems, he was marginal with the line but was making the corner. Racing incident, which wasn't an incident until Vettel hit Raikonnen. Any other driver would have done what Max did turn 1 lap 1. Given it is turn lap 1 is a complete racing incident, hence no interest from the stewards. That said Max has been very naughty since then.

Pushing limits of the rules does not justify a black flag. This is racing remember. Won't do his reputation much good though. I expect they will have a quiet word after for his defensive move.

This is not the first time he has done this. Previous quiet words from the stewards has not got the message across.

brilliant chop from vettel on max.

flat spotted so badly he had to pit

Granted, and that was marginal with the rules. But didn't justify a penalty, let alone a black flag. Can only judge on that incident, the stewards can't really bring forward things that have happened before to compound the punishment.

If Lewis had a 'new' set of mediums why wasn't he on them at his 2nd stop, allowed to run to the end, and if he couldn't he will have a set of soft to finish on? Ruined his chance of getting 2nd doing it that way round.

To keep Rosberg happy.

To keep Rosberg happy.

They do seem to neutralise things with tyres sometimes, disappointing, but they could have been more aggressive with Lewis' strategy without threatening Rosberg's position.

The cheers for Lewis compared to Nico crack me up.

yeah, what did Rosberg do to get booed today?
