Copying music from HDD to SD Card

Featured Replies

We've just bought ourselves a used Skoda Superb from 2013. The car has a Columbus Media/Navigation system. The previous owner would like to copy music he had on the HDD onto a SD Card so he can then copy it onto his new car's system. Is it possible to do this? We've tried all kinds of options but what we see is that we're able to copy from SD to HDD but not the other way around.

Any tips or tricks or haven't I looked hard enough?

Attach HDD to a computer. If it has got card reader then it's easy. Otherwise use digital camera or mobile phone with SD car inside. It should allow copying this or opposite way.

Windows media player will rip from CD to MP3 if you don't fancy downloading additional software.

I also use a YouTube comverter to get my music, there's one that does it online. Again saves downloading software.

Torrents can be a bit hit and miss, but easier if your looking for full albums as opposed to you tube.
