I've ordered from him once and had no issues but I sent two emails without a reply so if I had an issue I wouldn't be confident of a response.

A con man certainly not but very poor customer service I'd say.

I guess the chap has lots and lots of people to serve and keep happy - unfortunately with the modern age of communication people expect instant responses and sometimes it's not always possible.

 

A cheat would have not offered any refund.

 

I would say his response was disappointing but not much else - I guess its the gamble buying from another country; prices may be cheaper but delivery times and returns can be a fag.

I would have stuck to your guns and kept asking for the correct revision item to be sent, that you'd ordered.

 

To fit it just on the off chance it would work certainly complicates things.
