Surprised that Skoda "manually" put the windscreen in. The robot synchronisation in the welding shop is amazing.

 

I'm constantly fascinated by production lines - recall going round Longbridge about 20 years ago and found that great. Fast forward to a few years back when I went round Jaguar factory in Castle Bromwich - things definitely moved onto the next level. AM factory was on another level entirely though.

So they have that rough road testing section and not one of them get out the car and go "can't hear myself think in there, some sort of pressure on my ears!!"

Me too, but since Mrs Goldfinger implimented the life long ban I to am fascinated by the re-production lines. I have to look in books and watch video's now   :S
