Hi

Just bought a Citigo Colour edition...charged the PID, plugged it onto car, put key in, screen of PID says 'insert key into ignition' then nothing else happens. It has stayed like that for at least half an hour, tried it four times and it remains the same. Any ideas????

I'm scanning this for ideas but it looks to me as if the car isn't recognising it

there is a photo of the pid display...no other options occur, nothing happens other than this screen

Tried plugging into a computer first perhaps?

yes, to charge it up. It doesnt work, i will have to contact the dealer again
