I need help my passenger window made a funny sound the other day like a crunching sound. I've taken door of and motor off and it's like Aluminium wiring that goes round the motor has got all tangled like some headphones... There a cable that's snapped in half aswell, I dont need a new motor or anything cause this ones fine, but what are the cables called? Please help anyone with experience.

I've literally just had this problem! The cable is from the window regulator which you will need to replace. You can buy repair kits, but I got a whole new one which came fitted to a new door panel for £42 from euro car parts.
