Hi,

Does anyone know if bonnet protectors/bras are available for the Superb 2 facelifted 2013-2015 model? I've seen some to fit the 2008-2013 model but, due to the different bonnet and grille shape, they wouldn't fit the facelifted model properly.

Whilst I think they look a bit daft, I've discovered just how much it costs to have a bonnet properly re-sprayed following a battle with a third party's insurers.

I had a quick look on eBay and Superskoda but couldn't see anything specific to the MkII FL Superb.

 

I appreciate stone chips are unsightly but give me a touched-up stonechip over a bonnet bra any day of the week.

 

Where do you stop? The front bumper, sills, leading edge of the roof above the windscreen?

When I bought my Superb, it had a clear protection strip done like a clear wrap. Approx 30cm up the bonnet. It looks fine and work very well. The car was owned in country Australia.

Just get the bonnet wrapped as s28 said.

I tried to put a coloured wrap on my bonnet once but it was really tricky and I ended up pulling it off in temper as I couldn't get bubbles out lol
