Shuddering - gearbox or brakes and Squeaky Wheels

Hi all.

Been a while, posted about my gearbox jolting, catching, knotching however you want to call it, it holds on D2 and then it holds then you feel alittle jolt as it drops into D1 like it was catching on something.  anyway, two services later still happening, 1st service they told me to run in the gear box, 2nd service told me they can't get it to happen when they were testing.

Anyway, last week, step on the break, dash board started rattling, felt the gear box pulling and ahhh sound from underneath.  This happens sometimes, notice that when I break and let go and as it rolls you can feel the shudder and rattling. Sometimes the shudder happens when it's just coasting when it down gears.... can't seem to pin point causes, initially you can feel it happening on the down gear, now it usually happens when you step on the break (but not every time) and sometimes down gear.  Sometimes you can't feel the shudder but I know it's there cos the dashboard is rattling.

Still got 7 months warranty, took it to the dealer and they said they flushed the DSG software, and they were telling me about the clearances on the DSG blah blah blah.  I told them I was worried that the dsg will sh@t itself when I am out of warranty.  Dealer says don't worry you have logged the problem during warranty and we have sent the diagnostics to Skoda and logged it.  PS, he said strange that the other dealer that you reported the dsg catching did not upload to Skoda.

Away 10 minutes of driving, really happy yeh no shuddering, then turning into the express ways, long line downhill, and there she goes aaahhhhhh.... and it all happens again, but I promised the dealer I would drive it for a week and let him know.

Any thoughts about the shuddering?

On another note, my front wheels squeak alot, last time I got the car service dealer said we cleaned off the brake dust and it did stop for a while.  Interestingly when I took the car in for the shuddering check I told them about the squeaking, have not heard any squeaks for the last couple of days.... btw on the 30k service dealer said I had plenty of break left till next service

Any thoughts on the wheel squeaking?
