I don’t remember seeing this fitted??

Why did you remove it was it not up to the top speed or was it just not to your taste?

It was not a huge spoiler but a friend, expert in car aerodynamics, said that it was ruining  the down-force potential of the main spoiler.

This was the one. Without the top spoiler and the wiper the rear screen is now completely clear which allows all air to reach the rear spoiler and apply down-force at high speeds, i.e when I plan to visit the autobahn this summer :)

Not trying to be pedantic but a spoiler will not give downforce  .. just saying B)

It does according to a lot of sources online and his opinion as an aerodynamics consultant for Aston Martin.

But let's agree to disagree as turning this into a discussion about spoilers could spoil (excuse the pun) this thread :)

The "TDI" badge is missing "1,6" in front of it

:D But you are allowed to have a red 'I' if you wish

What are your thoughts on the dsg reliability with the increase in power?

I note you said the cutch packs are for track use only? Are you changing them every time you swap from track to road

No, it's not something that can be swapped around.

I just meant that they are not a requirement, most people stay stock.

I just did it for maximum reliability for taking it to the drag strip as I plan to keep the car for a while.

Funny you should say that, I initially used one with a red D and a red I but I swapped it with the all silver one as it stood out too much :D

Stunning

The End

Highly recommended, I went there because a friend used them in the past and I am very glad I did!

They work with Bodyguard UK that does the protective film.

This is what I had done:

Deep Impact
----------------
Carbon collective
       - Platinum Paint topped with Oracle
       - Platinum Glass
       - Platinum Wheels

Bodyguard UK
-----------------
       - Self Healing PPF
