Touch Screen not responding

Featured Replies

Hi.

I have had my Skoda Fabia for just over a year now, however for about a month now I have been having the same problem.

My touch screen panel will turn on fine but will not respond to any touch at all. It seems to be first thing in the morning or when its cold.

I took it to my dealer and they done a software update, which I thought had worked, but on Monday morning i got in the car to go to work and the exact same happened, screen came on fine but would not respond when i tried to change stations or swipe.

My car has been with Skoda since Monday and they are trying to tell me they cant find fault with it.

Any advice would be great

Take a video and show it to them....
