MK2 VRS 2.0TSI, should i be worried?

Featured Replies

i had an MY11 mk2 Octavia RS from new, running APR Stg 2+ ECU tune & full APR exhaust, DSG Performance Tune (on stock clutch pack), Eibach Pro-Kit Springs (on stock shocks), and whiteline rear-sway bar with no issues for 6+ years, before selling it and buying the Superb.

the only issue i had was the intake manifold had to be replaced after about 5 yrs of ownership.  it was a known design fault with the original intake manifold flaps.
