Skoda Yeti still available to order in UK?

Featured Replies

Checked Skoda UK website and found the configorator for the Yeti is available again. It was not last week!! Strange!

New orders closed on the 21st April. I had been told it would close on the 23rd but they must have run out of production slots sooner than they expected.

Dealers will have speculatively ordered cars to take up any available slots in the production line until Yeti production ceases for ever. Probably in late June.

Hence there wil be some new Yetis arriving at dealers for a few weeks yet, you will just have to accept some compromises in getting the colour and any extras that may have been added or not by the dealer.

Just heard from my dealer that my car is being built one day this week, indeed may already have been put together.

A 150ps dsg Sel drive in black with electric drivers seat, net partition, heated washers, rough road pack and rear camera.

Quite fancy one with the panormic sunroof. IS headroom OK with this (I'm 6ft 4"!)

You can just poke your head out of the top if it's not!

Ive got a Yeti with a Panoramic Sunroof, don't notice much difference in headroom. Don't think you will have a problem. Im 6ft.

Yeti L&K 2.0 DSG diesel 4x4.

I wouldn't worry about the sunroof too much, I'm over six foot tall and have got plenty of headroom in my car with the seat set just as I want it too. Obviously you would have a few more inches headroom in the standard car without the sunroof if you were exceptionally tall. Saying that I had a look last year at an Octavia Estate L & K spec car with the sunroof fitted and to fit myself into that car I had to have the drivers seat virtually flat on the floor, far too much headroom loss with that particular model for a tall driver!

Mine is here in the U.K. And has a reg number.  Had some paper work for the PCH to complete and send back last Friday so expecting a delivery date very soon.  Purchased from Marshalls in Reading and live in North Devon hence the reason to post paperwork.  Can't wait !!!

Can't believe many have been speculatively ordered by dealers with the very expensive sunroof?

Maybe there's a surplus of them at the factory :)

Well mine is being built this week, but I don't expect them to add a free sunroof!

Got the delivery date earlier today 25th May.

My hand over is 23rd May.

I'm 6'4" and have a sunroof.  Even with the seat jacked up there is plenty of room.

in fact, I think there's possibly more head room with one than without. With the roof opening outwards plus a thin curtain etc.

I get mine on the 23rd as well :-)

it is waiting in the dealer for my current lease to run out now

I got a phone call yesterday to say mine had arrived at the dealers, and I cannot get in at the moment, so 23rd it is.
