Hi there!

I brought a 2006 Fabia VRS down here in New Zealand last year and have had a few little problems with it, the latest being a split in the pipe between the turbo and intercooler.

the garage has quoted me $580 NZ (320 pounds) for a new part, which sounds ridiculously expensive, just wondering if anyone knows the part number so I could find one online? The mechanic told me it is the pipe between the turbo and intercooler on the back-right side of the engine. Thanks a lot!

You can get Alu or steel pipes and join with silicone. The last bit up to the turbo should be HT - flurosilicone.
