What date did it get built and arrive at Emden?

 

My Kodiaq was built on 5th and at port a few days later and is still there..

 

 

Hi Simon - long story short wasn't factory built in the end as changed colours and one was already in Emden so just needed to be brought over.  That said was exactly 2 weeks, on 4th of November, from it being secured for me to making it across the Irish Sea.  Mine will have gone to Grimsby so only thing can think of is yours has to go to Sheerness as your South Wales and your stuck waiting for an available transporter ship, maybe try skoda live chat for an update.

Mine was built w/c 4/11 and is still at Emden waiting for a ship.

Dave - looks like you have same problem as Simon ship to Sheerness!  As I understand it cars for the North go to Grimsby and cars for the South go to Sheerness they must be having delays

I think my Yeti and Citigo went to somewhere up North... but can not be 100% sure...

 

 

 

Well my Kodiaq shipped on Monday - and is enroute from Emden to Grimsby

 

Currently on boat (Weser Highway) - so getting closer..

26 minutes maybe they just push them all overboard to be fished out by dock workers lol !!

Seriously think sometimes those websites dont report times accurately even if they didnt offload a thing cant see how a large transporter ship could get in and out of port in that short a time.

Despite saying its sailed - its current position shows it still at the dock..

 

So I guess they may actually be driving them off....

Just been informed car on transporter from Grimsby tomorrow pick up arranged for 10th December - Happy Christmas to me 😃

Although is getting expensive with all the little goodies been buying before even got it lol

I bought all that 3 or 4 months ago - about 2K with winter wheels and all other bits and bobs for the dogs..

 

But you can not take it with you...

 

 

Totally agree spend it now lol nowhere as bad as you though think am up to about £700 spent over half of that to make sure the crazy pups will be happy on journeys 😃

In case it helps anyone - ordered my bog-standard 1.0l SE Tech in energy blue, no options, at the end of November and have been given an 18 week lead time, due late March. 

Belushi - if you dont want to wait till then ask dealer to use locator to see what cars are available that have already been built, I ordered in September and was given delivery date of Feb, changed colour (one I had considered anyway) now pick up car next Tuesday as the one I am now getting was built and in Emden.

When I ordered a standard Karoq 1.0 SE Tech at the end of July this year, I asked if there were any built in any colour and the answer was no, so I had to factory order. Mine was built w/c 4th November and is currently in the UK awaiting delivery to dealer which hopefully will be in the next week or so. I was quoted 12 weeks delivery when I ordered and it will be nearer to 20 weeks by the time I get it.

Ordered an Edition 2.0 TDI 190 with a bunch of extras in early November. Got a build week of THIS WEEK (week 51). Looking for a early/mid Jan delivery. Stunned!
