I think many people lack the time/patience/determination to go down this route. I would certainly sooner do my own digging about TPIs etc, for less than a tenner.

Somepeople just need to know what is done and why, so what was wrong or possibly wrong before.

 

I pay nobody a tenner to tell me what is my right to know.

Mony a mickle maks a muckle.     If you want to splash cash that is your choice.

 

You pay many thousands to buy or lease a vehicle, you pay £85 plus an hour to employ people to work on it, 

the manufacturer is the 2nd biggest car manufacturer in the world with a IT system at the fingers of someone on £7.85 an hour or less on a Service Desk, 

they can print the info, make the phone call or send the E-Mail.

 

No point paying to have a dog and wagging your own tail.
