really they know something is up as no one would offer this for ''stonechips'', push a bit harder & get it to zero or 10% just to get it moving (hey you just gained 66% so worth trying)

The Warranty works requires the job done to Factory Standard and specification,  that does not mean faulty factory specifications.

 

So a kerbside auto cutting back and lacquering is just a joey up. 

Skoda need their 'Qualified paint / bodywork inspector' on the case, then get their hand in their pocket. 100% Paint Warranty, not just a percentage from them.

So are they saying "It's your fault but we sympathise and we'll help you out" or "It's no one's fault,these things happen, let's all join together and sort it out" or "It's our fault ,let's make him a weak offer and see what he says,he may bite and accept it".

well its done now ,  over 200 euro it cost me ,  but its cost  vag two customers and anyone i can tell -  awful quality from Skoda   very f*ing sorry i picked them as a maker .

Sorry to hear that @dadumtish - that does seem very bad form from them. 

 

Hopefully they don't keep getting away with it.
