it's getting right on my nerves, any ideas? I've got the heater unit and radio switched off

Some initial / control movements done by the Climatronic and something is broken ?

everything functions correctly, it's like I have an animal in there, going to have a go at dismantling the glove box area tomorrow

Removed the Glove box and the thing that's making the noise is a motor oscillating and moving that orange mechanism https://s.amsu.ng/Rf3oqUEqqZHN

It's the re-circulating air flap control motor  that's at fault, I've just taken it out, it hasn't been working for ages and everything else works
