Has anyone fitted the 034Motorsport Billet Aluminium MQB Dogbone Mount Insert 340174. And know what model needed does it really makes a difference,

So for me it polybush that wins, 034 making out that they wear which I don't think is true. And only offer long lasting performance not a lifetime one.

I have polybushes all round on my Fabia mk2 1.2tsi that is suspension, arb and dogbone.
