   Ya mean like the protective coating that was on my windscreen coming back from Speedway, I couldn't see out the bloody windscreen. I had wasted all the water on you during the trip up :D

HI Gaff,

I just wanted to wish you all the best with the new car. Let's hope it will run as well as the old one.

GAFF, I've been where you are now. Moving on can be traumatic but you know it's for the best in the long run and must reassure yourself you have made the right decision. Your pain will get easier to deal with as time goes on as time can be a great healer :D :D

I must admit Velma has wormed her way back into my thoughts since the pics from the VW show day were posted the other day and checking out the Run to the sun website at work last night.

But, onwards and upwards

Leaving the old one behind can be painfull, just remember to look forward to the future with the one

Only 2.5 hours to go until it goes..... The local dealer is lending Gaff a car until the new one arrives.......middle of next week

Gaff were you driving on the motorway on mon about 1.30-2pm towards dublin. I saw a red vrs with brisskoda on the side of it. It might have been you!!!

It could have been my car, WITH THE NEW OWNER DRIVING and me in the passangers seat. What time was it ? We were on the N4 at Liffey Valley about 4pm and headed South on the M50 and came off at Ballymount. Where were you...btw the Briskoda sticker was in Back window.

@ aerodynamic18 - are you down around these parts ?

Guys,

I seen Dereks car today. . blue, I wasn't sad for long :D Roll on next week, possibly Monday evening if the boys in Cork get the :finger: out :D .

I must say, and you'll think I'm taking the **** now but that car which I sold today was CLEANER today than the day I bought it.

It was a lovely day here today, but as luck would have it the rain started on the way over to sell the car, by jaysus did I put the foot down when I seen the black clouds, to try and avoid them. It didn't last long thankfully.

Btw Not bad for a 2001 vRS :)
