Radio Antenna - Open Circuit fault after few weeks

Hi guys,

So i expierincing little problem with open circuit fault on my MK2.

After i bought car, there already was this error, so i red few topics and bought new antenna. I changed it about one month ago, cleared fault and seems all was good. Today (after one month) i scanned my car again and boom - fault here is again. Any suggestion whats can be wrong? My Media is Skoda Stream and connection between antenna and multi media is single aerial connection (original). I didint tried to remove my Stream media to see the wires behind it (antenna connection). Can there be a problem? Any suggestions would be great Radio signal in the city is good, in the countryside a bit week, but still i can listen (just lower sound).
