Could I get this tyre replaced under warranty?

It's only me in the car 98% of the time, so I'm happy to take their word on it. When the g/f is in the car I'm a lot slower 

In all fairness it's on record with Skoda UK and the dealer, so if awt happens then I have recourse on them. The front are now at 60% worn so I reckon I have circa 5000 miles left in them with my current mileage, so by my reckoning they'll be getting changed by October.
