Vrs instrument cluster issue.

Featured Replies

Hi guys fairly new here, had a search but can't seem to find anything.

Anyone know why my dash isn't working? Rev gauge doesn't work. Nothing lights up when I turn ignition on, no warning lights, no engine light, abs or coil light etc.

Headlights work and green light comes on dash. Mileage and time are showing. All other interior lights work when headlights are on.

Tested battery at 12.5v cranks over fine and when running battery shows 14+volts. Checked a few fuses which all seem okay. Gonna see if code reader brings anything up later. Can anyone help please.?

Have you checked fuses 1 and 16 in the dashboard-end fuseholder?

Yes I have checked both of those. Both fine. If I take #1 out the mileage and clock go off.

So I pulled 1 and 16 out and checked with multimeter turns out 16 had failed but hadn't actually blown.

cheers mate.
