mine, 2019 model, purchased in september ‘24, 85000 mls at the moment, 76 at start. 1.0tsi on 18” which give a good ride, far better than the 16” which resides in the shed now, still almost brand new.

Here you are, hiec is a bit of a problem format used by phones. I think Samsung also have a glitch in their compliment which doesn't help.

I appreciate they're not everyones ️ like most things, it's all subjective after all 😁

Oh absolutely. Your car, do what you like. Glad you are happy with them. Are they matt or gloss finish? They look matt in the photo. Managed to kurb all four of my alloys in the last four months. SO annoyed with myself. Haven't kerbed an alloy wheel on my last four cars! Need to get them refurbished.

They are Satin, maybe it's just how I took the photo, they're easier to repair if I kerb it. Diamond Cut is great and looks good, but, if kerbed they can be difficult to repair. Deprnding on the severity of the damage.

As I am about to find out! Managed to kerb all four on mine within the last three months! Drove my Octavia and Yeti for years not a single mark on the alloys. Trying to find out where to go to fix them and what the cost will be. ☹️

in the beautiful Phoenix Orange colour.

The colour my wife refers to as "baby diarrhoea!"  She is not a fan. 😞
I quite like it. However, due to the wife's veto I have a "velvet" red Karoq which likewise is not to everyone taste.....

Your wife has no taste 😜 just kidding. We love the colour. Funny thing, my wife always chooses the colour and she doesn't like red on a car 😁 I like the red, but veto from her. I also like race blue, but we already had a Skoda Octavia in that colour.

The car has the new steering wheel. No logo. I like it. IMG_20250118_234349.thumb.jpg.e3b329b1af3e526d38d11b6ad19e0810.jpg

The logo isn't the problem... the wheel is on the wrong side of the car!
When the EU comes to it's senses and applies to join the British Empire, we will make you drive on the right side of the road, which is the left side.  All clear?
🙂

I love the UK, we go there from time to time. I don't mind driving left or right. I have never had issues. 😊

🤞🏼It all goes ok for you PedalBin 😁

That's the problem with wives.  😞 The thing is, you can't see the colour when you are in the car....

I can. OTOH I'm taller (4'22") than most wives.

Hi all,
I'll be trading in my trusty 14 year-old focus for this today! It's a manual 1.5TSI SE-L

So you aren't getting a painted one then?

I got a 2024 SE-l 1.5 manual in Red about 9 months ago, and I am still very happy with it.
Just noticed I have the same wheels. Aerodynamic without the plastic bits.
DO you have the vario-flex seats?

Yep, I'm not sure of the full standard spec of SE-L's, but on top of the heated seats etc it has heated steering wheel, wireless phone charger, varioflex seats and parking pack

The heated steering wheel goes with the heated front seats
I don't't have the wireless charging, but then I connect the phone by USB anyway.

I do have the front and rear parking sensors

I find the varioflex seats great, as I have had them out of the car 2 or 3 times in 9 months.

Though I made a cover to go between the outer seats that means when the middle one is down there it covers the gap to the boot.

Varioflex seats were dropped from the spec sometime in 24. My Oct one ( built late Aug / early Sept ) doesn't have them
