They’re Sirius 19” taken from a customers newly delivered Kodiaq. He/She wanted a different style wheel, Hortons Lincolnshire put them on their website.

Here is my 1.5 TSi SEL DSG in Petrol Blue - 19 plate.

Just picked this up today  1.5 TSI sportline  DSG 4x4  extras digital cockpit, front and rear heated seats, heated front windscreen, heated steering wheel, park assist, variable boot floor, auto light, and high beam assist

No problem yes it is still a flat bottom wheel 

My new Karoq 2.0 tdi Sportline 4x4. Awesome car, with heated screen, steering wheel and front and rear heated seats. Really impressed with it having come from a Kangaroq 1.5 petrol.

Thats just the primer, it’ll be nice when it’s had the paint applied

Cheers. Yeh, I’m chuffed with the colour. Nearly went for Velvet Red, had moon white before which was nice but wanted something different. Definitely no regrets. 

Wife's Moon White 1.5Tsi manual SEL . 14 months old and 14,100 miles so far. Best car she has owned.

This is my very basic Karoq style with only leather seats and private windows  as an option.  His name is "Ninja"  (are you calling your cars  with custom names as well ?    )
Plenty of space for retrofitting including virtual dashboard ( already on the way to me), ACC , new springs and maybe shocks.

Can you retrofit digital dash and ACC??

Yes. I did retrofit ACC to my previous SUP3. A bit expensive as require "SWAP Code" which only available for dealers or professional workshops, but worth every penny. Dashboard have to be simpler.
