Frankly guys, I suggest we leave this guy alone. He's a **** and not useful to any discussion as he has little or no idea what he is talking about.  Just let him carry on amusing himself.

Did someone say something about a topic?

 

I'm hoping to keep our two VW group products going for some time yet.

I like the way they work, they are easy enough to maintain. The info required to do jobs on them is cheaply available, and parts info can be readily found thanks to the various cloned ETKA sites that come and go.

Wouldn't buy a new VAG car following recent 'behaviour' from them, but then I doubt I'll ever buy a new car, it seems unnecessary to me. May well buy another older one, as I know them quite well, and they do everything I want them to.

 

Please let me know if any of the words used in this post are too long or complicated.

@FlyingSpanner Is that an ignition pencil coil? Not had any trouble yet on almost 140k, but carry a spare, and a handheld fault code thing.

Reminds me; I forgot to credit Uwe Ross and VCDS for my brand allegiance, he really did do something very important for us.
