Anybody out there advise on an offordable GPS Tracker, been looking and there's so many different types... And what is oil/engine cut off? Why would you want to cut the oil feed off?

Don't know about cut offs esp in terms of oil, do you mean ignition detection? Anyway a mate bought and recommended this one:

Chuck in a pay as you go sim and you text it the number you want it to text you on. It reports back google maps link. You can also get it to text / call you when it moves without the ignition being on,

or use the motion detector, or when it's disconnected, outside a certain area etc etc..

If you connect the Ignition detection wire it then won't text you when either the motion detector or GPS defined gated area is breached when you drive it.
It can also text you when the power is cut, low power or a speed is exceeded.

He just chucked in a giffgaff sim with £10 credit on it.

 

I'm potentially considering one for my motorbike which is why he told me about it.

It's a little more expensive but they're amazing from what I've seen/heard.
