SKODA Octavia 1z 2009 series Transmission Fault code and

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

i'm facing transmission problem with my 2009 SKODA Octavia 1z, 1.8L turbo, 7 speed DSG;

When I shift gear R,D,S,N,P, OR TIP-TRONIC ONLY R N D S P IS flashing and car is not moving. engine is ok and can see RPM change. there are no fault showing in screen or on speedo dials.

i think Mechatronic unit gone into limp mode.

I got these fault codes from diagnose

please help me to understand the problem.

06011- passive/sporadic coupling/tolerance limit reached

02113-passive/sporadic trans fluid pressure sensor/switch A range/performance

06300-passive/sporadic function restriction due to insufficient pressure build up

06079-Active/static hydraulic pump play protection

06079- passive/sporadic hydraulic pump play protection.

Based on a quick google, those code typically suggest the mechatronic unit is dead...

Probably worth finding a Skoda/VW DSG specialist to confirm and check that's the only issue.

but it says Fluid pressure sensor problem. So what type of fault codes relate with Mechatronic unit. Because some people says when one sensor fails it could start series of chain reaction faults. please provide me web site that helps me to find out more about codes. during my research I found this is very isolated. and hard to find workshop manual full.
