Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if i am not following any rules or have made any error .. please ket me know if i i breach any codes!

So,  i have a MK 2 2012 Octavia and can't say anything but good things about that car. I love the way she drives, the feel, the comfort it gives me...

Hence this is a tough post to write, as i am here to say that after the 7 years and 93,000 odd kms i have driven, she is starting to cause lots of trouble for me.. Irrespective, not changing her, b fit just here to see if i can get her uptown her best and keep her going strong!!

Recently, while driving, my engine Glow Plug System (GPS) Light started showing. The car drove smooth for about 10 more km, after which i parked her in a basement at a hotel. Left the hotel in about 2 hours, started her up, she fired just fine.

On putting her into D, and tapped the pedal to creep away, all was smooth and the flashing light vanished. Being in the basement, i had to climb up a slope to exit the hotel. On doing so, the car suddenly stalled and the Glow Plug System light started flashing. I turned her off and restarted her, this time the GPS light kept flashing after startup and io tried driving. The same issue kept taking place, until i completed about 5 tries. Managed to get her out of the basement on onto the flat road, although, soon after she started stalling again and again. This lasted till i drove home, over 20 km. So, to reach home, i discovered that the car was not stalling if i kept the RPM under 1500 and shifted the gear at or under 1500.. hence i drove her in manual all the way for the 20KM, where the only stalls took place when going uphill as the load on the engine kept increasing.

So, its been 2 weeks, she is parked in the garage (dont worry, she is started every few days and kept running in idle for 15-20 minutes and ever so often i drive her up and down my driveway to keep things smooth).

I have run a diagnostic on the car through a friend and am going to now leave the error codes marked there with the description here... I hope you guys can help me be directed to find the solution, my baby is just sitting there and i want to use her..

Thanks guys
