No connection to gateway

Hi all. I have recently purchased my 09 Superb Elegance. Everything seems to be working as it should apart the headlight aim. I tried to perform a scan but my tool says no communication to gateway. I have successfully scanned other VAG cars with this and it allows almost same service level as VCDS to my surprise it only showed me battery charging status and voltage and engine controller module and nothing more. Any ideas? Or even better any fellow owners around Hampshire area with VCDS or recommended garages around me? Any tips highly appreciated.

Hi everyone I'm upgrading headlights on a 2022 kodiaq from basic led to matrix (8IT basic LED) To: 8IU adaptive LED. Need a map of adaptations for 09 to correctly code them in. Anyone with vcds who can provide me with that please? Many thanks in advance.

This is my 2012 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo, It is a 1.6 TDI 105 ps model with 89k miles. I bought it on the first of February and have imported it into Ireland since,however it has sat for since due to it being a pain to get insurance. Since it didn't need anything I only clayed and polished the paint,hopefully I will be able to get a remap in the coming months to about 140 ps but I have no other plans for the car. I can't justify doing anything right now as everything on the car is

Hi everyone, I have a Skoda Fabia with a 1.2 AZQ engine. I have a warm running issue - the car misfires/stutters when fully warm. The intake air temperature (IAT) reads around 80°C when the problem occurs. When I unplug the EGR connector the car runs perfectly and IAT drops to around 30°C. Parts already replaced: EGR valve (new) + adaptation done MAP sensor (new) Coolant temperature sensor (new) PCV valve (new) EGR pipe is clean, no carbon buildup Breather hose between EGR and air filter ho

Hi All, I (unfortunately) have a tow trust towbar fitted and apart from the Skoda coding debacle, I am concerned about it's height. I know the centre of the tow ball is supposed to be between 350 mm and 420 mm when loaded with 4 people and luggage but even with lots of weight in the boot and the trailer hitched, mine is still nearer 50cm. If anyone on here has the factory fit tow towbar and an L & K estate on 18" wheels, I would be interested to know what the height the centre of your tow

I have a 2010 Fabia 1.2 and the ODB port isn't playing ball. Tried 2 different scanners and they both fail to auth with the ECU. I initially thought it might be a bad fuse so I replaced num 22, didnt change a thing. Slipped the port out of the dash and made sure that the wires are fully seated in the connector, no change. I've tried with electrics on and also engine on, doesn't make a difference. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to look for next?
