There is no newer SW update available (although there were manufactured units with SW up to 0363).

You can have SmartLink activated by your Skoda dealer or the unit must be hacked.

Yes, I beleive from end of 2019 there are 32GB original navi SD cards available, e.g. 5L0051236BJ

Thanks for the quick response pab567! In this case, do you have any suggestions on the error / issue I'm facing. The problem is that the while connecting my phone over bluetooth, the Amundsen system over a period loses the phone name (e.g. OnePlus 7) and starts showing some sort of a alphanumeric code for the phone name. Any ideas on how to solve for this? 

1. reflash your unit with the same firmware, using Manual SWDL (select all to be updated)

2. try another phone

3. if problem still exists then it's probably faulty BT module inside the unit

As earlier, many thanks for the quick response and for the suggestion?  Any ideas where I can get access to the same latest firmware and also if there's a quick guide on the manual SWDL process. Thanks for all your help!

Is the process for putting the VW maps on the same as the process for Skoda ones - extract files, backup old files on map sd card to pc, delete old files on map sd card, copy new files to map sd card?

To confirm - yes it is, though for the v13 maps the big one will go on a 16Gb formatted with a 4096 sector size, to get the v14 on you need to delete other languages

So, I have a fetish for the "easy entry" feature (The one that slides the chair backwards when you unlock zhe car!)
The option has been coded and should work but it does not, nor does the "easy entry" option show up in the display.

I suspect this is because I may be running old software?
