Meanwhile to hopefully answer your question a little, you need to enable developer menu in radio with something like VCDS.

You then need to install MIB Toolkit, remembering to change the 'CPU' folder so that you don't break it.

Then you can operate the MIB Toolkit from the developer menu to adjust things.

 

That's about as much help as I can send you, as this is not the forum for these things.
