Performance mods for vrs tdi - darkside developments air induction kit?

Featured Replies

I have a 2015 tdi vrs and was just wondering what mods you guys are running performance wise??

I’ve currently got the following:

DPF Delete

EGR Delete

Decat Exhaust

Stage 1 Remap

K & N Panel filter

I’ve been looking at a darkside developments air induction kit too? Has anyone got one of these? It’s £180 for the kit so if it’s worth the money I’ll happily get one

Anything else you guys have done to get noticeable performance gains??

Did you replaced dpf with straight pipe or just cleared the dpf and welded it?

Did you do it yourself or did someone else do it?

I got it done all at the same time, it’s not straight pipes the filter has just been removed and rewelded so you can’t see it’s been messed with.
although I am considering straight pipes but I don’t know if I want it that loud:/

Do you have any pictures of the procedure?

I want to do this but cant find anything.

Dont know where to cut on the dpf.

No sorry I left the car with them and they sorted it all, I’m sure there’s some videos on YouTube. Tbh it only cost me £100 so might be worth just paying for it to be done...

Yeah for sure, good price!

But i dont know where to leave it to. 😞

Have a look on google for places near you, I think most places that do remaps offer it or just look for somewhere that does custom exhausts etc they will definitely do it
