Hello all,

Has anyone had any experience of using a tuning box on their kodiaq? specifically the diesel 150. 

I have had a quick look at the tuning box TDI tuning offer which suggests an increase of some 47bhp and an additional 75nm. Seems like reasonable increases from a plug and play unit but I'd like to hear your experiences of using these in the real world.

Not on a kodiaq but used one on an octavia for a few months.  Still have it if you want to try it out as you aren't too far from me.  I tried selling it but didn't get too much interest.  If you like it i am after enough for a fuel and beer at this stage.

Experienced one on a vrs not a Kodia and never thought it worked properly, gone to Revo since and not looked back. Wouldn’t touch a tuning box again. 

Im looking for a tuning box just for fuel economy and not performance - same car kodiaq 150 2.0 4x4

As above you are welcome to try mine (and buy if you like it) but I wouldn't rely on a box for fuel economy.  Even a proper map doesn't really improve the mpg.  Add a couple of psi to your tyres and make sure you keep up with maintenance to get good mpg.  Oh yeah, driving style is a huge benefit too.

Had one on a Tdi VRS Octavia, replaced with a proper remap. I wouldn't bother again with a box tbh.
