Removing the fuses didn't help for me, even it took a while the SOS service to activage again. But got the airbag light also... ":)" I assume there's no DIY fix for that?

Seems that I'm not able to edit my previous message, so:

I reconnected the fuses one more time, deleted my account both from the car and the skoda app, changed key batteries etc. and went for a short drive. After that the car got connected again and I was able to log in. Everything seems to work normally now. 

Airbag light still exists. I probably have to ask the official skoda service partner to reset it..? There's no real problem with airbag tho, or at least the car or the MySkoda app's healt report says nothing about it. Only the notification when powering on.

Great! It seems taking out fuses is the only way to fix this problem. It is working for me since then without any problems. Did you try to become primary user?

Yep, worked with no problems also! Actually everything feels more responsive now, but I may just imagine that 😅

Sometimes warning lights, caused by disassembling things in the car or changing accu,  need a couple of drives to disappear.

I have lost connection for almost 2/3 weeks. Grey globe with red cross. I wanted to wait for the fuse 16 and/or 30 manipulation and on 1st of may it came back ! As if there was a reset on the first day on the month

I’ve had the same thing happen tonight. I went out and all was working. Returned to the car with no glove and the satnav confused about where it was. When I got home I pulled the fuses, waited 5 minutes and put them back. The car reconnected and knew where it was. It’s kind of important for my Ovo charging that the location is correct in the Skoda app so I get 7p per kWh overnight. 

I have already reconnected the fuses for about 30 minutes. After this procedure I got airbag warning light in the cluster but it didn’t appear on the infotainment screen and the globe remained grey with red cross. 
 

We used the car for a trip today and the connection returned and the stuck update was finally installed. 
 

Should I visit the dealer or the airbag error will disappear by own?

Got the problem/error again. Almost exactly at the same time of the year. Been ”offline” few weeks now. Not very interested in disconnecting the fuses again ’cause of possibility for airbag light to go on.

 

 

Hi, I have left hand drive and I can't access the internal fuses. The drawer release button is very stiff and I'm afraid of breaking it. Has anyone had the same problem?

i have this internet connection error appears every time i start the car, but how can i know if its even supported in Israel?

also, what is the best solution for that?

Have you contacted Śkoda Israel? They may have a support team who should be able to help.

I tried to access skoda.co.il but couldn’t for some reason…

i'll try, its leased car so.. i am limited with what i can do ..
