Hi all, I hope someone has seem this error. After updating to firmware 0238 and having the navigation break, I tried to activate the SWAP code via the FES in ODIS with an Online Geko login.  I have the details per the spreadsheet for the activation code, pin etc. Unfortunately, when doing so, it ends with an error:

 

Action:  Message

The following malfunction has occurred: FFP0307E An unexpected system malfunction occurred. Please contact support (TSC or importer) and give them this DTC code and diagnostic log.

 

Has anyone experienced or resolved this?

Hello everyone,

I have a Skoda Kodiaq from late 2020 with an MIB3 MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30603P. I would like to update it to version 324 or even 330. As far as I understand, I need to go through version 308 first, and then I can install 324 or 330 later.

 

I have two questions:

Does the firmware include the French language?
Will I necessarily encounter GPS issues? Will the error code 1550 also be present?

Hi, It is EU versión so yes, you have francaise.

Not problem with GPS.

And error 1550 appears in each firmware update but there isn't problem if you don't fix It.

I clear It with Carscanner.

Hey, could you link 0330 software? I did update from 0270 to 0308 and to 0324, and I see that there is 0330 version out - can't find a link to it.

I am somewhere in the same ship as you guys were but for a different reason.

 

I am considering updating my FW from 0156, because weConnect does not want to log me in as primary user. As soon as I start the process I am faced with eternal rotating logo and nothing happens.

 

Are there any other fixes? Official weConnect support redirected me to a dealership, whch told me that they will probably need to reflash/update everything which takes a couple of hours at their hourly rate.. which will not be cheap...

 

Any fixes? I am not sure I understand how did the OP fix the we connect issiue that he had? And what do I get if I update from 0156 to 0306? Weather as in BMW screens that shows forecast on the main screen?

Unable to load users. It is locked.

Was there a reason for it to lock? I for example had to try 30+ times to log in with my user. It helped that I had hotspot on my phone. Have you tried?

I try all, and dealer too, they update infotainment and OCU and no solution.

They ask to Skoda but no solution till now.

Je viens d'acquérir d'occasion un Karoq Tsi 150 Dsg7 de mars 2021. Son MIB3 est sur un système 0270.

 

En suivant les conseils du forum (notamment de "JR RS") pour la mise à jour vers le système 0306, je suis allé sur le site "MIB-Helper". Hélas pour moi, le fichier : "MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30603P_0306.zip" est corrompu ou incomplet (voir images jointes). Je ne peux donc pas aller plus loin.

 

Pensez-vous qu'il existe un autre site ou lien fiable avec lequel je pourrais télécharger le fichier "MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30603P_0306.zip" dans son intégralité ? Merci pour les réponses.

You can update to 308 instead 306, and after this to 330

Suite au conseil de "vegarz", J'ai donc téléchargé, sur le site "MIB-Helper", le fichier : "MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30800P_0308.7z".

 

Ensuite, j'ai suivi la procédure décrite dans le "PDF" ci-dessous, et après 20 minutes angoissantes... le système a correctement redémarré ! 👍

 

Comme les cartes du GPS dataient du "21.2", j'ai téléchargé du "portail Skoda" le fichier : "OI_P107_EU_202345_Offline_Update.zip".

 

Ensuite, en suivant la procédure décrite sur le "portail Skoda", les cartes se sont mises à jour à la version "23.6" après une balade d'une heure environ. 👍

 

La prochaine étape sera de passer à la version MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P_0330.

I have downloaded the first update file to move me from Ver 0156. Formatted my USB drive to ExFat, unzipped the files across, and put my USB key into the front USB port using a USB C to A adapter.

When going into the service menu, the USB drive is not seen.

 

Any recommendations for a USB drive that will work?

I had talked to a different dealership today. They told me that they have a lot of experience with it and that it is a 1.5 hour job. Which is not that bad all things considered - especially that loosing navigation for me means losing Travel assist. And that in any case I need to have ODIS online. I will see how it goes. Fingers crossed.

I am really sorry, if this has been already answered, but after reading all posts I am a bit (a lot!) confused...

I have MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P27800P and would like to update to the newest possible version. I have downloaded versions 306, 308, 324 and 330 in separate packages (not sure where to get those "combo" versions).

In which order I should install them (and up to which version) to minimise possibility of wrecking my infotainment?
