There is a new 332 update but nobody share it by the moment.

Does any one know what are the changes in version 332?

Just to help others, I would like to confirm that I have successfully updated my MIB in Skoda Superb 3 iV

 

from:
MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P27800P

to:

MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P

via:

MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30800P.

 

So, first installed 308, then 330. No problems with installation whatsoever. All works afterwards. All downloaded from here. (guest/guest)

Had my car serviced today at the Skoda dealership. There is a new guy in charge of the service department.

I asked him if they could update the firmware.

3 hours later, I left with firmware 330 installed, and my car working fine. Much easier than trying to do it myself.

I'm switching from firmware version 155.

I pass the 23802P updates, then 26810P, then 27800P, 30603P and finally the 33000P

I had to go to my Skoda dealer to change a parameter via ODB, but when, sould the technician found it itself ?

 

What is the purpose of the 5WA035284OCU143.zip file, how does its content apply?

so 5WA035284OCU143.zip is to update the OCU, how can I see the actual version ?

Le concessionnaire (à Montauban) a fait la mise à jour de ma voiture gratuitement. Ils ont dû faire trois mises à jour.

 

The dealership (in Montauban) updated my car for me, free of charge. They needed to do three updates.

I've read the whole forum but I'm still unsure about one thing.
I mean, if an update with a higher version number (278) takes place immediately from 156, there will be problems with navigation.
However, if I proceed step by step (156-238-268-278-308-330) then everything will be fine, or will something go wrong and I can definitely go to the factory service for the code?

Welcome - from the first page it looks like you can go 156-238-SKIP 278-306.

 

Then you can go 306-308-SKIP 324-330. I have done this myself and it was fine.

 

So the whole lot is: 156-238-306-308-330.

 

Just to be sure I would download them all, then put one on a usb stick each time just to save confusion.

Click on the dropdown for the folder MQB_Solution on the left. Then scroll down to MOI3 and click on the dropdown then click on the folder called "Preh" and you'll see the zip files in there. 

 

The only thing is...I can't see 238 there. I couldn't see it on mibhelper either. So the question is whether you can go from 156 to 278 direct because it doesn't look like there's a 238 available...

Looking through, there are other versions not mentioned. I was on 270 when I bought the car from a dealer, but that was really awful - so its no surprise that's not available to try. At the mo, it looks like you can download 306, 308, 324 and 330. You need 308 to go from 306 to 330 but you don't need 324.

 

I would download 306, 308 and 330 and see if you can go straight to 306 from 156. If you can, then you can go to 308 and 330. If not, you may need to take it to a dealer so they can get their hands on the latest. I say that because when I tried to go from 306 to 330, the MIB flagged up an error which someone explained. So try 306 and you'll soon see if you need something before that and need to get 238. I'm trying to find a link to it now...

The problem of losing the navigation license, which I usually read, arose when jumping from 156 to 278, or 268.

However, no one writes about what happens when I move in steps.

That's why I'm unsure.
Can I lose the license if I do anything when switching between 15x and 2xx?

You can reactivate with odis online or by dealer 

You can check your swap code in the Excel file that is in mega archive mentioned above.

I drive a VW Passat Hybrid 2019. I managed to upgrade from 0154 to 0278 to 0330,

I then updated the OCU to 0143. I did all this because my globe was greyed out and I could never sign in or go online really.

 

Since doing it, I don't think I gained anything. The satnav on the dash has stopped working, with android play (not the built in navi)

And the maximum privacy is still enabled with no way of changing it. I also now have a red phone instead of green, although the emergency call does work.

 

Any advice would be massively appreciated. 

Another question regarding the update. 

Shortly after the dealer upgraded my firmware, I now have the SOS error message, and the emergency call button is red.

 

I assume I need to check the OCU version on my car, and also look at the triggered fault using VCDS?

1. Maps are stuck on 23.6 - can't get them updated neither with Infotainment Online Subscription nor with Offline Update via USB Stick

2. Some maps are completely missing for couple Eastern Europe countries ( ex. Hungary, Serbia )

3. Various cities from Cyprus appear when driving in Romanian countryside areas  ( please see second and third photo )

 

My question is: can I do anything at this point to solve this issue or my MIB3 unit is bricked?

Missed this - so you’re downloading the maps onto a USB but they’re not uploading to the car? It’s a lot of data so people do reports a few hours-worth of driving around for the maps to update. 
 

How long have you given it?

Rest of the World - I’d overlooked that. 
I agree it’s not there. And have looked on mibhelper.com too which doesn’t have it listed either. In which case, I’m not sure what other sources there are.

Actually some sources say that it is in flashdaten added in 11.08.2023, I downloaded whole skoda flashdaten 2024, but it is not there.

Please check link below and do someone know about flashdaten content about mib3, maybe it is encrypted 😞
