Cheshire Police have just got themselves the hot version of the Forester, saw a marked one sat at a nearby Subaru garage today.

Gloucestershire have a FQ320, as they have major problems in the forest of dean!!! and the boy racers in cheltenham on sunday nights!!!!

Sussex have 2 grey(or silver) evos as well, I've seen them on many occasions tearing up the M23 with the blues on the go.

To answer your question about the cardiff police having an FQ400 - your right, they have had it for a while now. I saw it yesturday aswell waiting to catch the tax dodges on the motorway at cardiff gate!

There was also a silver Evo that was first shown in the Traffic Cops series on BBC1..... Now i'm not sure if it's still in 'plain clothes' as i was on the M18 a couple of weeks ago when along came a silver evo alongside me fully marked up with blue/yellow checkers and roof lights etc..... There are also a couple of Scoobies marked up too.

Looks like SY's finest are phasing out the volvo's in favour of the BMW 5's more than anything else this last few months.

There are a few bmw poilce cars in work at the mo, both panda and undercoover cars, the undercover ones are particuarly subtel, (just generally come in white for a good marker) now and the one I had today was a 335i, so pdq as well.

I have alos seen west yorkshire poilce with several evos chasing each other, I suspect possibly on some sort of driver training.

I had the pleasure of having a nose round a fully kitted up unmarked 530d in black, as well as watching Don Palmer put it through its paces round a handling circuit at Brunters. Only complaint was the run flat tyres!

There are a few Evos covering South Wales, favorite spots A470, Swansea and Cardiff Gate and yes they are black, be very careful as they are plain clothes and they like to start little races to see if anyone bites as an ex scooby driver (Never bitten) I know a few who have
