I have a strange (probably) problem with the driver's door lock. On Saturday, April 27, I replaced the lock actuator in these doors with a POLCAR replacement, and opening and closing with the remote control started working every time (on the previous original actuator, I had to open it more often with the key than with the remote control). After replacing the actuator, there was a problem with opening and closing with the key. This only works briefly after opening or closing the central locking with the remote control. After literally two minutes, closing or opening with the key does not work. On Tuesday, April 30, I removed the door trim again and checked all the connections and fastenings of the control lines and cables - without any reservations, everything was in place. I also took out the lock insert and checked the pin with the flipper that turns the lock. It rotates correctly, turns the lock left and right, although the pin moves in all directions, as if it were on a ball joint. I have no idea what else I could verify to diagnose and eliminate the problem. What puzzles me the most is that opening or closing with a key works properly but ONLY a short time after using the remote control. Inside the door, at the height of the handle, there is a part connected with a rope to the lock actuator. What is this? There are no cables going to it, so I think it is mechanically operated with a cable. While testing the operation of the cylinder and the lock, I noticed that the movement of the key in the cylinder does not cause the cable in question to move. Can the lock have a defect that causes such a problem? Theoretically, it is under warranty, so I could try to complain about it.

An additional issue that worries me is the SAFE function. During the tests, I locked the car with the remote control while sitting inside and every time I could open the door from the inside. The SAFE function probably prevents the use of door handles from both the outside and the inside. I pressed the close button several times at different intervals but not successful. I will be grateful for any advice and tips.
