Need Help Sourcing Part

Featured Replies

Hello,

i need some help sourcing the black strip that runs on the tail lights on face lifted 2020-2024 models, tried looking all over the internet and cannot find as the strip comes pre assembled into the lights. Don’t want to have to fork out on two brand new lights , was wondering if anyone knows how i can get just the strip. does anyone have a part number or how i could go about getting the part?

Unfortunately, I’d say you’d have no chance of getting those separately. What’s happened to yours; been nicked/broken?

Just a thought. You might get something similar on AliExpress.

Find any detailing or wrapping studio, they’ll cover it

Photo might help.

You could try emailing https://www.skoda-parts.com/online-store.html

They are really helpful and will usual answer within the day.

The downside is the shipping is quite expensive if the parts are cheap but their service is great.

Otherwise I think wrapping sounds a good idea and probably a cheap alternative.

Scrap yards might be another idea if you can figure out how to remove just the plastic part without damaging it?
