Older Superb models had wireless android auto. MK4 has only wired one. Although it has wireless applay play. I was wondering if there's a technical reason for this, or if wireless android auto can be activated with software?

Does anyone has any experience?

Maybe it depends on the region. It says car supports apple car play and android auto. Apple car play can be used wirelesly. Which suggest androud auto not

Thanks. I'm waiting for delivery and wanted to prepare for this. Either check possibilities to enable AA wireless, or buy an adapter. But maybe it makes sense to wait and hope AA wireless will be enabled

Wireless AA works perfect in my 2025 L&K.

MK4 fully supports Android Auto wireless. I am using it in my 2024 L&K every day...

The car arrived and can confirm, that wireless android auto works well. Connects immediatelly and no glitches.
