As for handling... I have eibach adjustable shocks on koni fast road prings, a vrs rear anti roll bar and seat strut brace. But it also depends on how good a driver he is. I'm not gonna pretend I'm the best driver in the world as I have only been driving 3.5 years.

Thirdtimeluck (what is your name?), be it this case, you should be able to wipe him clean on the straights (if his car is really just 68bhp) and on the corners regardless. The Fabia is a better handling car than the Octavia, and you've got a good setup.

Have you heard of the Chevy Lumina SS? It's also an American muscle car, which we have a plenty here, with over 350bhp and 0-100 in about 5.5 seconds. Weighs about as much as a Mustang, and it handles like 'a bag of spanners'.
