There is a possbility now that I might not be able to make it I'm afraid. My place of work and several friends houses have been flooded out (upto 1ft in places) so things are unknown at present, but it will be mid-morning at the earliest if I can make it.

(Don't know what the A34 will be like now, but today was a total disaster with the A34/M4 bridge pumping station failing.)

I'm heading off now - going to keep as far south as possible on my route to avoid any possible flooding. I recommend others to the same where possible.
