Moved it to General to get a better audience.

I'll probably come down just to watch the nutters on the track. The Furby is too new and I still love it too much to put it on the track with you lot.

I'll bring along my 1/8 scale Rallycross car and let you guys have a look at what we do for a hobby and a living. Radio controlled 60 mph fun, could even be faster round the circuit than the Octavia SDi's :D

But on a lighter note...new furby, will be old in a month ;)

Feel freeto bring it along btw, lots to do on this day other than track action (although that is the primary focus after the meet)

I WILL come along just to put a few more names to faces.

I might pop along just to put a few names to faces.

Don't forget the handling course and 2 mile straight, no oncoming traffic...puurrect to see what that car feels like above 70...

...seriously the handling tests really educate...Neo_Vr quote: Learnt more on that day (AAT handling day) than all the years driving...these days really do pay dividends out on the road..also we have 3 instructors on site FOC to you guys to "aide" you round the course.

i will take you out for a few laps Denis!
Offer accepted, Paul! I might even try and hitch a ride in an SDi just to get a balanced perspective of the Skoda's capabilities. BTW, are we expecting Amanda to be there? :D

Just booked my place for the 24th. Looking forward to seeing some fellow skoda owners on the day and hopefully not trashing my car! You wouldnt beieve the amount of laughs i have generated at work when informing people i am taking the skoda on a track day and its a diesel! They are clubbing together to get me a flat cap that fits inside my helmet!

Nick C Furby Vrs

How much do you charge per passenger lap, Paul? :D

Rob.

Good to see that diesels are going to be well represented!!

John.

Can passengers be added on the day, or must they be booked in advance?

I'm confirmed, but could not use my forum name as some git already has....

Monkey Spanking is obviously a popular pastime :D

Denis, you are welcome in mine as well, hell, I'll even turn the meter off :D

Yes, the town is full of them.

Quite a few stinking Octavia SDi's too. Such a common vehicle amongst the private hire boys.

Jon, if you need help removing Kebab stains from your seats, i'm sure i can ask a friendly cabbie :)

I might struggle to take passengers in my puggy 205. However if your good at holding on to the rollcage.... :D:D

I will gladly sit in with anyone who wants a bit of guidence... "now son, tell me all your problems  "

P.S passengers of both ffelans & gossys must be nutters!!!

Am currently suppost to be in Brugge that day :thumbdwn:

Doing all I can to get out of it!

No, but if you want a lift to a local boozer his rates are reasonable. But he won't go "Sarf of the river" after midnight :D

Don't blame him for that!

Well I am booked. I'm sure the price was mentioned somewhere but it might be a good idea to explain that

a) you have to pay

a) yes you do

B) that is the full cost of the day :D

c) ah, but that is because you went from the link on here so your cache had /briskoda or summit like that in it - damned cunning!

Nick, if you go via easytrack.co.uk it's not on the page ;)

P.S passengers of both ffelans & gossys must be nutters!!!

I've had the Gossy initiation at the RPM Tour last Summer, and most excellent it was too - Gossy driving on the edge is quite something (just watch for his foul temper when the turbo goes. :D "F******CK!" :D)

(and very little now scares me when I'm a passenger in a car on track...)
