NSS doesnt work on vista tho!

must make a mental note of that, I did it on my XP laptop last night from the hotel in Worcester

tiz full of more awesomeness since sticking a big assed sandisk ultra II micro SD in, as mentioned before ... DIY 8gb now.

Anyone noticed ....... it's all a bit quiet from the Iphone fanboys :D:D:D:D:D

What did you go for, what did you pay, and where did you get it from? :)

Steve

It worked OK for me on Vista???

And also how do I get the calendar icon back on the active stanby? Oh, sorry just found it no worries.:D

Well I got one.

It's Voda branded - Should I debrand? What are the benefits - Apart from the removal of the obvious Voda included carp.

Just taken best part of 40 mins to turn the T9 text on the fecker!!!

Debrand...

its not so straightforward tho yours being the 8gb (i presume??) and IIRC its probably locked to a vodaphone sim anyway (which isnt a problem if your with them anyway)

hang on, let me find the 8gb euro1 product code

It's unlocked Col as far as I know, the guy I got it from should have done it.

Not as good as SE's or Windows Mobiles Stu. I have got my address book sync'd and it makes and takes calls fine. I popped up a post recently on how to sync the address book mate, but it is not working for everyone

I was hoping that they would have "fixed" this as it's a nokia issue on this release of firmware, but alas it is still the same.

To be honest, because of all of the other features of the phone and it's new found speed and battery life the sync problem has been downgraded on my list to "minor annoyance".

I have been trawling around looking for info on additional adaption's etc in VAG-COM to see if there was a setting that had been missed, say for enabling an obex push to the BT kit.

I did find a setting in the BT menu on the 95 last night when I was tweaking which was to allow another device to use the SIM.

Have you already got that on?

The "remote sim" mode.... ive no idea what that does

Are you sitting down??

****** I read the manual******

It mentions allow other devices such as BT car kits access to the SIM for making and recieving calls.
