jars' 2005 Fabia vRS
Not on Instagram. How was I to know that? The advice I've been given on renal failure is patchy to say the least.

jars' 2005 Fabia vRS
I'd generally trust most nurse practitioners I've met to make sensible decisions, and even explain them so you understand them. On Warfarin (and other blood thinners too), there are 3 keys:- Getting the right dosage for you. This is likely to mean lots of blood tests, but of reducing frequency as you zero in on your ideal dose. Taking the prescribed dose at the prescribed time(s) of day. Pausing treatment when requested for reasons. For example, surgeons and anaesthetists will want you to pause treatment if you're due for another procedure.

Visually etc. My car of the day -today
I remember this entry on it in "Car" magazine back in the day:- For - Those impervious to its looks. Against - It exists. Sum up - Leyland joke.

3D printing MK1 Octavia 1 Combi
And this is why the site asks you for a location and vehicle details; So that we can know whether advice is relevant to where you live before giving it.

VRS rear brake problem
Why would it? It has 4 channel ABS. Speaking of, has it been VCDS bled to bleed the ABS block?

Lane assist is dangerous
What is this "Lane Keep Assist" thing? Your post is the only mention of it I've seen.

3D printing MK1 Octavia 1 Combi
That rather presumes that these parts were 3D printed in the first place.

Need a used A6-sized estate (or decent MPV) that won't cost me A6 money to run!
I've been in the back of Octavia 3/4s and of a Superb 3. The Octy has "enough space" in back for my 5'10", but I can stretch out in the Superb and not touch the front seats.

Skoda Superb.

Is my clutch/DMF about to fail???
Yes. It's even sensible, if the DMF is failing, but there's no way of telling that except dropping the gearbox.
-
Rust on my Fabia's underbelly!
You're right, at least until the car starts getting noisier.

Weak spark from ignition coil. (Estelle 105/120)
I'd agree; your post reads like you're missing the spring insulator, which should be part of every new set of CB points.

Air conditioning performance
It can do, but Climatronic rarely blows Baltic or toasty on a cold engine. When was the system last regassed?

My adopted sprint yellow VRS
Quite the reverse; the line was "You're only supposed to blow the b100dy doors off!"
-
My adopted sprint yellow VRS
What does that actually mean though? I had a Citroen BX 1.9XUD with the following running in instruction "do not exceed 4_000 (four thousand) RPM for the first 600 miles". That engine had a governor that cut in at 4_600 RPM.

A few questions about 136 Rapid brakes & Estelle wings.
I think that if you can match the headlight (7" round, 2x 5.25" round or rectangular), the wing should fit. Last time I had anything to do with Estelle brakes they were still in production though.

Engine stuttering with ESP light at 2000revs
You need a better reader first; you have 4 ABS sensors, one at every wheel.
-
Engine stuttering with ESP light at 2000revs
So you have 2 of the 3 issues I predicted as possibly due to a failing ABS sensor. Also, which fault code reader did you use? They don't all read every fault correctly.

A few questions about 136 Rapid brakes & Estelle wings.
@Mgbgt As you'll see from Wikipedia the Estelle was facelifted during production, so there's no certainty either way about the wings.

Engine stuttering with ESP light at 2000revs
Logical first thought is that you have a failing ABS sensor (yes really; they're also used for ESP and indirect TPMS if fitted). You will need a fault code reader to find out which one.

Cupra Born
Agreed - this seems to be a "we can sell all we can get" attitude from the stealership.

Weak spark from ignition coil. (Estelle 105/120)
All that will do is give you excess voltage when the engine is revving. It would be quite possible for it to boil the battery, and cook any electronics the car has (for example a radio).
