No idea. You need a deep load test to check battery condition. I have no idea about the market in Estonia, but in the UK most vendors would do the test for free, provided they got the business if the battery needed replacing.

I've heard an over-torqued bolt breaking; a whine followed by a snap. There was no load on the bolt other than torque from the socket it was being tightened with.

Well, I can't speak for locations in Israel directly, but there are locations in the UK where cars have systems failures due to electromagnetic radiation (EMF) from a radio or radar installation within a few miles. It happens, but I don't know enough about Israel to say where and if you have similar installations.
