Front strut brace
And, from your photo, the Hot Air Intake for the turbo, the first of the turbo-intercooler feed pipes, and what I suspect is an ABS gubbins. Is it really worth it for a "chassis lock in the existing twist bar"?

Given up: Water in drivers footwell
Well, if you're got the part numbers, Google.

Pulling cylinder liners
No promises, but this is a known solution to seized engine components.

Intercooler Pipe Popping Off
Note my exact wording "genuine right size Terry Jubilee clips". They're a trade name, and the text name stated in red bold appears on the band of every single clip. As for the size, the independent garage that did my cam belt supplied them so no idea.

Intercooler Pipe Popping Off
Are you still using the standard "spring clips"? If so, then try replacing the ones on the offending joint(s) with genuine right size Terry Jubilee clips or putting a couple of short self-tapping screws into the overlap.

Better mpg with winter tyres!!
Tyre width is different. I don't know about speed index or load index (not quoted), or tyre pressure (also not quoted) but these all have a bearing on fuel economy. So can use case, air pressure, relative humidity...

Pulling cylinder liners
@Iris_Heart - This youtube channel may be of help. I'm not dead sure what language the presenter is speaking (he's a Luxembourger so there's plenty of choice) but he's rebuilding the same basic engine. If this is any help, at least with web searches, you have dry liners, and the copper rings on the bases are usually known as "wills rings" in English.

Screenwash dilution ratio
OK. The -35 or -16 dilutions are as far as you need to to go in the UK.

Car has been at dealership 3 weeks now.. no fix
In which case you have a Sale of Goods Act case here, but against the company supplying the PCP, rather than automatically against the servicing Main Stealer. (they may or may not be the same; that will be covered in your PCP contract)

rear shock absorbers - do they have a finite life?
Yes and no. Yes in that they do lose oil/pressure with mileage. No in that they don't reach $miles/$years and become bu99ered every time.

Less power (Skoda RS 170PS) on dynamometer then original map
The dyno and weather. You could take a power map on the Jabbasport dyno in the morning, drive ~100miles to Emerald Systems, take another map and have gained or lost power (IIRC you'd lose power). The only factor to have changed noticeably is the dyno used.

Were have all the Felicia's gone
KenONeill replied to mikefelicia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanWell, there are several in the Western Isles, but I don't think the owners are interested in selling them.

octavia e-tec - Emergency breaking
You mean, when you were "trying" to drive in a straight line?
-
Tyre Insurance from Skoda, any good?
As others, read the written terms and conditions, and especially any exclusions, very carefully before agreeing to this.
-
Who or what is the biggest threat to SKODA?
Skoda UK and Skoda main stealers, based on the contents of this site
-
WRC changes for 2017
They are.

octavia e-tec - Emergency breaking
Issues with "front randomly slam the brakes on hard" seem to be quite common. Main stealers who can actually do anything about it aren't.

New or improved hubs announced, Government EV Loans in Scotland and free & no longer free public charging places..
Why bother? The actual problem is that private transport on demand (own car and taxi/private hire) is too ubiquitous.

130pd Head gasket ASZ
How long is a piece of string? Seriously, the likely charge will depend on where you are, and how much needs to come off the head. Speaking of head jobs on a PD150, you do know to use Seat PD150 head bolts?

Uneven Tyre Wear
Me neither.

Automatic lights on
Did yoou actually read the whole of my comment, or just stop at "under a bridge"?
-
Dragon Green Club
My, there's lovely for you.
-
Automatic lights on
^ What he said. Oh and they're also stupid enough to switch the lights on when they're in shadow, say driving under a bridge or along a road with house shadows over the centre or so of your lane.

FOG LIGHT N/S REAR
ISTR that EU regulations require you to only have one (offside for market) rear fog when type approved and first registered, to stop them being mistaken for brake lights. Oh and as for costs, try working out the cost of 100_000m of wire, 100_000 spade connectors and 100_000 x 21W bulbs.
